The Republic of Palau - Ngermeaus beach

The Republic of Palau is a beautiful island located in Micronesia, not too far from the Philippines. The island comprises of sixteen states, numerous small volcanic islands and coral atolls (ring shaped coral reef enclosed in a lagoon) but only nine of the islands are inhabited. Palau has some of the world’s most beautiful tropical paradise containing some of the whitest beaches and clearest waters. The unspoiled reefs and caves are perfect for scuba diving as it offers an amazing selection of marine life. The easiest way of getting to Palau is traveling Via Micronesia; there are daily flights from Guam via Tokyo and the United states.

Turks and Caicos - Grace Bay Beach

Conde Nast Traveler magazine and a British Sunday Times readers poll voted Grace Bay Beach in the Turks & Caicos Islands as the “the world’s best beach.”

The Caribbean island of Turks & Caicos, British West Indies, situated 75 minutes southeast of Miami, Florida, owns the third biggest coral reef system and the most breathtaking tropical beaches in the world. Grace Bay, located in the island of Provindenciales, more commonly known as “Provo,” features the 12-mile Gray Bay Beach. Grace Bay got its name from a British lady named Grace Hutchings, who spent her honeymoon here in 1892. Provincidenciales is Turks & Caicos’ main tourist island, where upscale hotels and resorts, world-class spas and the best restaurants are found mostly on the island’s beaches. (more…)

Copacabana is undoubtedly one of the greatest beaches in the world. Copacabana beach resort is located in the southern zone of Rio de Janeiro. The resort was named after the renowned Copacabana Palace Hotel that gained popularity during the 1920’s.

Montserrat - Rendezvous Beach

Rendezvous Beach is Montserrat’s only white sand beach, and probably its most beautiful beach. Rendezvous can only be reached by boat or by a stiff hike from Little Bay, and its inaccessibility gives it a special charm. The hike affords a spectacular view, and you may find the beach quite deserted.. Take a picnic and plenty to drink, including ice cold water, especially if hiking. Nearby spectacular coral reefs make it ideal for snorkeling or scuba diving, Contact Sea Wolf Diving School for this. France - Nice Beach

Nice, situated in the south of France on the Mediterranean Sea, is the capital and main resort of the French Riviera, known in France as the Cote d’ Azur. The coastline boasts breathtaking cliffs and beautiful beaches. The beaches in Nice extend along the bay between Rauba Capau and the new airport at the other end of the Promenade des Anglais. There are roughly 15 private beaches separated by public beaches in Nice.

The stretch of beach consists mainly of pebbles and rock. Beachgoers are advised to bring sandals or plastic shoes because the stones can get very warm during the hottest part of the day. (more…)

Greece - Porto Katsiki Beach

Porto Katsiki, with its clear waters and remarkable sunset, is one of Greece’s most beautiful beaches. In fact, many beach critics and avid tourists in Europe have judged Porto Katsiki as the most outstanding in the country.The beach is located in a very remote place along Lefkada Island’s southwestern coast approximately nine kilometers from the town of Athani and 40 km from the capital of the island. This gives the tourist destination a poor access in which many people must have a long walk in order to reach the place. However, at present, the beach has started building main roads leading to Porto Katsiki. Taxi boats are also a very popular means of entrance to the beach through the towns of Nidri and Vassiliki. Tourists going to the place can also access Porto Katsiki through its 347 steep steps. The beach is bounded by another notable coast – the Egremeni resort.

One of Porto Katsiki beach’s main features is its clear blue-green waters coupled with its smooth white sand. In addition, its sea floor has a combination of sand and small pebbles. The place is perfect at any time of the day. However, the best time to enjoy the seashore is before noon wherein the beach can be shaded by its rugged cliff. Nevertheless, some sightseers take pleasure in the afternoon with Porto Katsiki’s large waves and sunset. Aside from cliffs, the coastline is also enclosed by hills.

Martinique - Trois Ilets Beach

Martinique is apart of the Windward Islands, or the Lesser Antilles group of islands, with the Atlantic Ocean to the east and the Caribbean sea to the west of the island. Beaches located south of the island features white sands lined with palm trees and sea grapes. The north end of the island has beaches with black sands. Trois-Ilets Beach is located in the village of Les Trois-Islets, a minor peninsula south of Martinique that boasts numerous small and man-made beaches.

The beaches to the south of Martinique are far less crowded that the beaches built by developers in the nearby Pointe du Bout, where most tourists flock to the advantage of the various resort hotels, restaurants, cafes and marinas lining the shore. Trois-Ilets Beach is covered with white sands and lined with green and fertile vegetation of varied species. (more…)

Estonia - Parnu Beach

Parnu is situated on the Baltic Sea coast of Parnu Bay, in southwestern Estonia. It is the summer capital of Estonia and it is internationally known as a beach and health resort. Parnu’s sandy beach is about 1 kilometer long and is divided into two sections: an area exclusively for women and an area for the general public, where both sexes and children can mingle. The un-spoilt beach is busy during the summer, crowded with locals and tourists alike. Parnu Bay’s shallow warm waters are ideal for families with kids. Various beach services are available during the summer, including catering, beach equipment rental, storage lockers, and more.

Denmark - Laesoe(Læsø) Beach

Læsø ¸ is the largest island in Kattegat Bay in the North Sea, and also the name of the municipality on that island, which is situated in North Jutland County in Denmark. Læsø ¸ can be experienced aboard a bicycle or a bus in one day, and there are sufficient attractions and diversions to complete a holiday vacation. The island features various types of beaches, from beaches with large sand dunes, to sandy as well as stony beaches. Læsø ¸ offers every type of beach landscape that visitors and beachgoers are looking for. Families with children as well as young adults will find Kongestranden, located in Vesterø, appealing with its shallow and warm waters. There are no large waves and currents to endanger small children who want to bathe and play in the waters.

The beach offers a car park, toilets, shops, a restaurant and an inn. The sandy beach at Stokken, an island located off the south western tip of Læsø , is long and the water quickly gets deep. Beachgoers can collect mussels in the shallow waters, but the western portion of the beach is reserve between 15/4 to 15/7 for bird breeding season. (more…)

Bulgaria - Varna Beach

Varna beach is located along Bulgaria’s Black Sea about 469 kilometers northeast from Sofia; the country’s capital and largest city. The area can accessed in many different ways but the most popular way is through the airport, the railways, or even through the seaport. Because of the area’s very remarkable beach, it has been nicknamed as the “gem of the Bulgarian Black Sea”.

Varna beach’s peak season is from July to August wherein many travelers spend their leisure period. During the summer season, the beach is flocked by many sightseers and vacationers from across Europe. Because of this, the area has been dubbed as Bulgaria’s “Summer Capital”. The beach has a very long stretch of sandy seashore and very clear waters. It is famous locally and through the rest of Europe because it offers ideal sunbathing conditions, Because of its location, the area has arctic Baltic wind that is perfect for the summer season and Riviera heat, which is good for the winter period.
