Cayman Island – Seven Mile Beach
The Cayman island consist of three separate islands they are Grand Cayman, Cayman Brac, and Little Cayman The Cayman Islands are situated about 480 miles south of Miami in the west Caribbean Sea .
This Island is principally a UK territory. It is known as one of the largest tax haven, Because of this, the Islands were made to be an offshore banking center. The seven mile beach is a long semi-circular of corals and it is located on the western side of Grand Cayman, it is the most commercialized and the most popular beach in the Cayman it is situated near the islands luxurious hotels and resorts. Even though the beach is named seven mile beach it is only 5.5 miles long. This is due to recent soil erosion in the past years. In September 2004 it was severely damaged in Hurricane Ivan.
The seven mile beach is an exotic place where anyone could spend a memorable vacation. It is one of the world’s top white sand beaches and the water is guaranteed to be crystal clear. The beach is a public beach which is regularly visited by the locals. There are a number of restaurants open to public in most resorts and numerous public beach bars. Small reefs are situated just off shore which offers good snorkeling.
