Singer Monica, her fiance’ Shannon Brown, and her celebrity pals all hit up Phillipe Chow in L.A. over the weekend for her birthday. She turned 30 on the 24th of OCtober. The singer was seen offing off her brand new diamond engagement ring which was give to her by new fiance Laker baller Shannon Brown.
