DRAMA: Injured LA Lakers Baller Jordan Hill SUED AGAIN By Ex-Girlfriend For ASSAULT!

Injured Lakers baller Jordan Hill has been cleared to suit up for the basketball court.  And he’ll also need to suit up for LA County court thanks to in a new (kinda) domestic abuse case.  Get the deets on both "courts" inside….

 

LA Laker fans…good news for you.  Power forward Jordan Hill (pictured above out to dinner in L.A. last week), who was sidelined due to hip surgery three months ago, has been cleared for practice.  According to ESPN, Dr. Thomas Byrd in Nashville, Tenn. gave him the clear to being to begin training.  A spokeman for the Lakers estimates it would take another 3-4 weeks of on-court basketball drills before Jordan will be back at the Staples Center for good. 

But in the meantime….

Jordan may need to put on a nice double-breasted suit when he’s called upon to face his ex-girlfriend Darlene Luna.

Earlier today, Darlene, who accused Jordan of felony assault in February 2012, linked up with high-powered attorney Gloria Allred (and we ALL know what that means) to file papers at the LA County Courthouse over their alleged domestic violence incident. 

Darlene alleged a year ago that Jordan left bruises on her legs and tried to choke her out.

According to TMZ, Jordan entered a plea of "no contest" in the criminal suit in exchange for a one-year deferred sentence and a $ 500 fine during the criminal trial a few months ago.  But that wasn’t good enough for Darlene.  So today, she filed a civil suit.

There’s no word yet on how much Darlene is seeking, but when folks hire Gloria….they usually ask for tons of zeros on those checks.

Tahiry Jose Talks Punching Consequence + Chamique Holdsclaw PLEADS “Not Guilty” To Aggravated ASSAULT Of Ex-Girlfriend

This week, reality tv star Tahiry Jose laid hands on rapper Consequence after he allegedly assaulted her "ex-boyfriend" Joe Budden. Get Tahiry’s side of the story inside and see what former WNBA baller Chamique Holdsclaw had to say about allegedly assaulting her ex-girlfriend.

 

We told you yesterday that there were a number of dust-ups at the "L&HH ATL" reunion taping this week and now we have a first-person account from one of the fights.  We saw Consequence being jumped by Joe Budden and his crew, but Tahiry Jose got a few licks in too beforehand.

The "Devil" singer called into two of New York’s most popular morning shows, "The Breakfast Club" on Power 105.1 and "The Cipha Sounds & Rosenberg" show on Hot 97 to explain her actions.

The story Tahiry told was simple, she retaliated against Consequence after he sucked-punched Joe.  She told TBC,

"We had a little two minute break, and as Joey and I were walking out somebody flies over my head and sucker punches him in the back of his ear. Joe was walking out, so it was all unexpected.  I jumped up. He jumped up. Security rushes him [Joe] on to the other side of that room, and completely forgot about Tahiry."

Since security forgot to hold her down, Tahiry used the window of opportunity to hit Consequence in the face!

She said, "You just ain’t gonna run around my crew, whoever’s around me, and think you’re going to roll up on anybody like that."

And while sources report that Tahiry and Jose were holding hands at reunion taping last night…and TheYBF.com was at the taping and heard Joe HIMSELF say he and Tahiry were "working on seeing each other again", she remained coy when asked if she was back with Joe. And when asked if Kaylin (Joe’s latest girlfriend) was still in the picture, Tahiry claimed that she didn’t know what was going on at Joe’s house.  Joe said at the reunion, though, that Kailyn has already moved out of his house.  So….

A few months ago we told you about Chamique Holdsclaw, a former WNBA star, who had been jailed for allegedly firing a bullet into the window of her former girlfriend’s car and smashing the car’s windows. 

Now reed on bond, Chamique showed up in an Atlanta courtroom this morning and pleaded "not guilty" to all the charges facing her.  The reportedly scorned chick pleaded the following: not guilty to aggravated assault, not guilty to criminal damage in the first degree, not guilty criminal damage in the second degree, and not guilty of possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony.

Chamique will have her day in court soon, but the odds seem stacked against her now that her battle with clinical depression and attempted suicide in 2006 have been made public.  We will keep you posted….

 

NON-MODEL BEHAVIOR: “ANTM” JUDGE Rob Evans CHARGED With FELONY ASSAULT, Released From JAIL

"ANTM" judge Rob Evans has been released from jail, after turning himself in, following a warrant being issued regarding an assault.  Get the deets inside….

"ANTM" judge Rob Evans, whom we told you was "wanted" for felony assault, recently turned himself in to the Beverly Hills Police Dept. after learning about his warrant.

Rob is accused of assaulting a man outside of Next Modeling agency offices in Beverly Hills on March 14.

Though the man ended up in the hospital, Rob maintains that the fight was self-defense and the "victim" reared up as if he might try to land a hit.

Rob reported to the police department on Wednesday and was released 25 minutes later after posting $ 60,000 bail. No court date has been set yet.

As for whether his rumored boo Tyra Banks helped to bail him out–who knows.  But Tyra recently revealed they are NOT dating and he’s like her "little brother."  Mmmhmm.

Pastor Creflo Dollar released a statement about his arrest earlier today regarding his alleged assault on his 15-year-old daughter. Read it inside….

We told you earlier about the arrest of Creflo Dollar, Jr., the pastor of World Changers Church in College Park (outside of Atlanta). Now the leader is speaking out. He released a statement through his rep saying,

As a father I love my children and I always have their best interest at heart at all times, and I would never use my hand to ever cause bodily harm to my children. The facts in this case will be handled privately to further protect my children.  My family thanks you for your prayers and continued support.

His lawyer, Nikki G. Bonner, added, "My client will make no further comments as this is an ongoing criminal matter."

And there you have it.

Floyd Mayweather Jr. Sentenced To SIX MONTHS For “BOXING” His Baby Momma During Assault

Floyd Mayweather Jr. finally went before a judge to address the 2010 assault case filed against him by his baby momma.  Find out how much jail time Floyd will have to serve for striking his ex in front of their kids inside….

We told you earlier that Floyd Mayweather Jr.’s ex-girlfriend/baby momma had accused him of striking her "multiple times in the head with his fist" back in 2010.  The case finally went to trail and the judge slammed Floyd with 6 months in jail.

But TMZ reports Floyd will only end up doing 90 days, as 3 months of that sentence was suspended. He will also get 3 days credit for time he has already served.

Floyd’s sentence got reduced because he struck a plea deal with prosecutors and pled guilty to misdemeanor domestic violence.  He also pled no contest to two misdemeanor harassment charges because he allegedly threatened to beat his kids during the 2010 incident.  Goodness.

He was also ordered to complete 100 hours of community service, a 12-month domestic violence program and fined $ 2,500.  

Floyd must surrender himself by January 6 to begin serving his sentence.  This ish is cray.

Chris Brown Addresses Rihanna Assault, Tells Haters They ‘Will Respect’ Him

Chris Brown has had enough of the hateful remarks that people make towards him concerning his assault on Rihanna in 2009. The ‘Look at Me Now’ hitmaker recently posted some comments on his Twitter account saying that the haters need to “grow up” and that they “will respect” him some day.

According to Digital Spy, Brown went on a curse-laden rant over Twitter about the Rihanna controversy that occurred before the Grammys a couple of years ago. Although most of the tweets have since been deleted, Digital Spy was able to copy them before they were expunged from Brown’s Twitter feed.

“Don’t say s—t to anybody and everyone feels its cool to attack me. GROWN ADULTS!!!! That s—t happened three years ago,” Brown wrote. The singer later tweeted: “I know a lot of you wack a— (OLD) celebrities probably wanna f—k my ex, but talking s—t on me wont get you far! and to be REALLY HONEST, ya’ll wonder why n—-er spazzes all the time?”

Oh, but the rant didn’t stop there. Brown continued, “TWITTER GETS WACK REAL FAST… People please grow up. I’ve never dealt with so much negativity in my life! It’s to the point now that it’s just ridiculous! I’M NOT A POLITICIAN! MY MUSIC DOESNT PROMOTE VIOLENCE nor will it ever! Only thing it will increase is the pregnancy rate!

After he posted the fiery comments, Brown seemed to calm down a bit. He finished up his argument by saying, “I wake up thinking of living my life….. YOU wake up thinking of me…U dont have to respect me now… but u will.” Those are some powerful words, Breezy.

Even though Rihanna has made her peace with Brown, her fans don’t seem to be nearly as forgiving. What do you think? Do you think it’s fair that people still have negative things to say about Brown, or do you think people need to move on from the incident?
