CHANGE OF HEART: Porsha Stewart’s Returning To “RHOA” Next Season…

 photo spl521069_002_zps9e3fd26a.jpg

Looks like Porsha Stewart is officially returning to "Real Housewives of Atlanta" afterall…despite telling BRAVO she was set on leaving.  The self proclaimed Black Trophy Wife was spotted leaving her NYC hotel today.  Check out the pics, and find out what we scooped from inside sources….

Divorce papers always seem to bring a change of heart in some way.  And where "Real Housewives’ stars are concerned….that usually means dating much younger men than their ex husbands, changing their attitude into something better, or in Porsha’s case…having a change of heart about leaving the show.

So here’s what we know:  Before Kordell Stewart filed those papers on Porsha..well, blindsided her with them, the Evangelist turned Barbie Trophy Wife had already given Bravo the deuces. Show development sources tell us it was all due to alleged pressure from Kordell and his disdain for how the show made him look.

Kenya, Cynthia, Phaedra, and Kandi even appeared together as a cast on last night’s episode of "Conan", but Porsha didn’t appear because the show was booked previously when BRAVO was not planning on bringing her back.  NeNe had a previous engagement for "Glee."

But now, we’re told BRAVO has ixnayed off the casting call for new Housewives all because Porsha has convinced BRAVO to take her back.  And we all know Andy and co. never miss out on a juicy divorce storyline.

Porsha appeared at yesterday’s Upfronts, which is further proof she will be a cast member for the upcoming season.  We also hear Kim Zolciak may be holding a peach again in the opening credits again as she may return as a "RHOA" castmate once again.  Even though we all know she needs to stay her ass where she’s at.  But apparently, her possible return depends on ratings for her "Don’t Be Tardy" spinoff.

Good luck with that.

In addition to co-founding Gucci’s "Chime For Change" campaign, Beyonce will headline a concert for the foundation that will also featuring Rita Ora, John Legend and Timbaland.  Find out more inside and watch Jaden Smith’s "Hello" video.

The past few weeks have been pretty interesting for members of Beyonce’s beehive as they’ve had to defend her "Bow Down" single, which some critics viewed as an attack on women (even though she never said the song was against women, as opposed to her haters of all sexes).  Now, the singer (shown above in a gown from Gucci’s Fall 2011 collection) has flipped the script and announced a global fundrasier for the "Chime For Change" empowerment foundation, which so co-founded with Gucci and Salma Hayek.

Entitled The Sound Of Change Live, the Control Room-produced fundraiser concert will be held on June 1st at Twickenham Stadium in London.  It will also feature international stars Florence and the Machine, Ellie Goulding, Iggy Azalea, John Legend, Rita Ora, Laura Pausini and Timbaland

Bey said today, "Our goal is to call for change for girls and women in the loudest voice possible. I am excited for us to come together on June 1 to bring the issues of education, health and justice for girls and women to the world stage."

Gucci is set to kick in funds for the show so proceeds can be used for the global charities involved with the initiative. Tickets go on sale at 9am on Wednesday March 27 and folks can choose which charity their ticket sale will be donated to.

After Earth star Jaden Smith has released a video for "Hello", a track off his The Cool Cafe: Cool Tape Vol. 1 mixtape.

In the black-and-white clip, shot in NYC, Jaden travels around the city posing with fans, window shopping and he gets snapped by the paparazzi. Watch the vid above and listen to Jaden’s CoolTape mixtape here.

CHANGE UP: Actor Jesse L. Martin REPLACES Lenny Kravitz In “Sexual Healing” Biopic

 photo JesseLMartinPunctureNewYorkPremieregF3mu3NQ17gl.jpg

Actor Jesse L. Martin is replacing Lenny Kravtiz in the lead role for the upcoming Marvin Gaye biopic "Sexual Healing."  Find out more inside….

Previously, we told you about the controversial Marvin Gaye biopic "Sexual Healing" and how Marvin’s son, Marvin Gaye III was a little upset that his childhood friend Lenny Kravitz had agreed to the role.  Mainly because the film focuses on the turbulent times of Marvin’s life and III wasn’t feeling it.  Now, Deadline.com is reporting that there’s been a shakeup in casting and now Marvin III will have to direct his frustration towards actor Jesse L. Martin.  If he still has any.

Jesse, who formerly starred on "Law & Order", will replace Lenny in the Julien Temple-directed flick which will start filming in later this month in Europe.

The film, produced by Vassal Benton and Fred Bestall, will focus on the music legend’s time in Europe in the 1980s when he attempted a drug-free comeback with the help of British music promoter Freddy Cousaert (played by Brendan Gleason).

Outside of the film, Jesse recently starred in the NBC pilot "The Secret Lives Of Husbands And Wives" (so far….the show hasn’t been picked up).

CHANGE UP: Willow Smith WILL NOT Play Annie In The Movie Remake

 photo WillowSmithWillowSmithrocksspikyhairSzx39f19X07l_zps57731d85.jpg

So much for Willow Smith whipping her hair in the big remake from her parents’ and Jay-Z‘s production companies.  She’s OUT of the upcoming "Annie" movie.  Deets inside…

The "Annie" remake via Sony Pictures just nabbed a director.  And it’s Friends With Benefits & Easy A director Will Gluck.  So now that the film is full speed ahead with a Fall 2014 release….Willow has now outgrown the role.  Pre-production began three years ago when she was 9 (the age of Annie).  But now that she’s 12, she’s too old for the role.

Willow’s parents Will & Jada Smith, are still producing the film via their company Overbrook Entertainment.  And they’ve teamed up with Jay-Z on the project.  Mr. Carter stated, according to Deadline:

“For Marcy Media’s first foray into film, we couldn’t ask for better partners and mentors than Overbrook Entertainment. We are excited to work with Will Gluck and Sony Pictures Entertainment. My well-known affinity for the classic ‘Hard Knock Life’ makes Annie a natural vehicle to lead us into the world of the cinema.”

The film starts shooting this fall.  Now, who should play that lead role?

Mos Def Tells GQ About His Style & Name Change + Azealia Banks Tells ROLLING STONE About Beyonce And Being Bi-SEXUAL

In the latest issue of GQ, rapper/actor Mos Def breaks down his thoughts on men’s fashion, his own eclectic style, and dishes on his name change (Yasiin Bey).  And in Rolling Stone, Azealia Banks also talks her own lipstick and reveals her love for Beyonce…..and other ladies.  Deets inside……..

Rapper Mos Def shot a few flicks with GQ and discussed some of the major changes in his life and career.  He revealed why he changed his name to Yasiin Bey and talked about his fashion collab with Ale et Ange.  Here are the highlights:

A Mos by Any Other Name…
"I began to fear that Mos Def was being treated as a product, not a person, so I’ve been going by Yasiin since ’99. At first it was just for friends and family, but now I’m declaring it openly."

Paying Homage
"When my paternal grandfather passed a few years back, I started to wear a shirt and tie every day, like he did. Michael Jackson’s death had a big impact on me, too. Right before the Ecstatic tour in 2009, I began wearing loafers and high-waisted pants. And that’s where my look started."

Honest Goods
"Hip-hop is the last true folk art. I got involved with Ale et Ange because it represents hip-hop in a way that isn’t pandering. It’s nice to see something that’s elegant, skillful, and raw."

Power Suits
"With guys I revere, like Marcus Garvey or Malcolm X, their look is less about style than purpose and the expression of beauty. It wasn’t just about being noticed, you know?"

Mix-n-Sorta-Match
"I like drawing connections between pieces and patterns that would make someone else think, ‘Those two things would never go together.’ Well, to me they do."

So Fresh, So Clean
"I don’t have advice for people on how to dress. People should dress based on what they find beautiful. My best advice: Keep your clothes clean.

In other magazines…….

Sassy rapstress Azealia Banks chatted it up with Rolling Stone recently about her new MAC lipstick, Beyonce, and her sexuality.  Here are the highlights:

What does having a signature lipstick mean to you as an artist?
"Yung Rapunxel" represents what I’m all about: being myself, no matter what it costs. Yung Rapunxel is that girl who pisses people off but doesn’t really mean to. She’s actually a sweetheart! But people are so taken aback that she’s so herself; she’s not even trying to be unique or different. She literally just lives in her head; she does what she wants to do. So, the lipstick is here for someone who is happy to be themself.

Can you discuss how you developed Yung Rapunxel into a heightened alter-ego?
When I first started wearing long weaves – this was when I was about 16 and worked at Starbucks and could afford it, [because] before that, my parents wouldn’t let me! – I bought this 24-inch-long weave. And you could not tell me that I was not the sexiest shit ever. I was like, "Oh my gosh, look at me." And I started calling myself Rapunzel; when I wrote "212," I randomly added the "Young" to it. Sometimes when you’re writing, ideas just spring up randomly, and I realized "Yung Rapunxel" sounded so cool.

Your new video for "1991" really touches upon the steely, bionic videos of early Nineties house artists. What about vogue-ing and ball culture inspires you?
Well, I’m from Harlem. I went to art school; I grew up with the cunts. And that term doesn’t come from me! People think I invented it, but I didn’t. To be cunty is to be feminine and to be, like, aware of yourself. Nobody’s fucking with that inner strength and delicateness. The cunts, the gay men, adore that. My friends would say, "Oh you need to cunt it up! You’re being too banjee." Banjee means unrefined and rough. You need your cunts: they fix your hair for you and do your makeup. They give you confidence and give you life.

So do you feel a special affection for your gay fans?

Definitely. I mean, I’m bisexual, so it makes sense. But I don’t want to be that girl who says all gays necessarily hang out together, of course! I have people say to me, "Oh wow, my friend is gay, too," and I’m like, "Yeah, so?"

Who did you admire growing up?
Aaliyah. And I love Beyonce – she’s the queen of everything. She’s the most remarkable performer and musician. And this is just my humble opinion, but I just think she’s better than everyone else making music right now.

Are you still starstruck by her?
Yes, and I met her – and I cried! It was so embarrassing. It was at the Met Ball. I was fucking around with Kanye and she was sitting there, chilling and eating dinner. I freaked out. And I realized she saw me being a dummy and I started crying. Then I saw her expression, like, "Girl, get your shit together." I had to walk away and get myself together and pat my face, then come back to properly say hi! And if I meet her again someday, I’ll probably cry again.

Azealia recently revealed that she’s shooting a video for "Esta Noche."

Deets on Fanny’s newbie inside…

The Divorce Is BACK ON! Vanessa Long Has ANOTHER Change Of Heart…

Just when we thought this ish couldn’t get anymore odd, Vanessa Long announced this evening she will still file her divorce papers.  This newest statement comes after an initial statement of divorce filing this morning, then a follow-up statement saying she is withdrawing the petition.

The hoopla inside…

The AJC is reporting that Vanessa Long, Eddie Long’s indecisive wife, has decided to stick to her original script of divorcing the pastor who was accused of molesting young boys.

In a statement issued this time by her lawyers, it was said the divorce petition would not be dismissed:

"Mrs. Long continues to hope that this matter may be resolved expeditiously, harmoniously and fairly; however, she has determined that dismissal of her divorce petition is not appropriate at this time," Kilpatrick Townsend partner Michael W. Tyler said in a prepared statement.

"To avoid any undue confusion, Mrs. Long’s future statements, if any, will be issued through her attorneys,"

Eddie said in a statement:

"Vanessa is, and has always been, a loving, dedicated and committed wife and mother.  My love for her is deep and unwavering. It remains our sincere desire to continue working together in seeking God’s will in these circumstances."

I do find it odd the second "I’ve reconsidered" letter came from the New Birth PR firm.

They’ll be better off not saying a damn thing else till that ink dries….
