Not only did Rihanna just go Gold with her latest album, Talk That Talk, but she just unloaded her problematic L.A. home for $ 5 million.  Deets inside, plus what her good friend The Dream had to say about why he won’t be working with Rih’s frenemy Ciara…

She purchased the home over 2 years ago.  Yet hasn’t even lived in it.  Thanks to severe water damage, Rihanna had to put her 10,000 sqft, 8 BR, $ 6.9M home on the market 6 months ago.  The Beverly Hills Post Office area home was listed at $ 4.5M, but was actually just sold for $ 5.03M.

So she can celebrate her sell, plus her TTT album nabbing Gold certification on December 16th after surpassing 500,000 units sold.  Congrats!

Meanwhile, Rihanna’s homie The Dream has some words about the Ciara drama he spoke about a while back.  The writer and the "Promise" singer seemed to have been good friends kicking it courtside at games, making music together, and hanging out together.  But Dream isn’t trying to continue that ish.

He told media a while back that he just wouldn’t be writing for Ciara anymore, so folks assumed there was beef.  But Dream told Tim Westwood from BBC 1Xtra in Part 2 of his interview, it’s only because of contracts:

“I have a contract under Def Jam so it’s only certain people I work with. [The executives] were real smart by putting that in there, I made them pay for it.”

By the way, L.A. Reid recently said Ciara’s new album is coming along.

Several Atlanta superstars like Ludacris and Big Boi donated their time and money on Nov. 23 to help the homeless at the “Roll Over Hunger” skating party, which benefited the Hosea Feed the Hungry and Homeless organization. But all eyes were on Ciara as she literally rolled up to the event in a wheelchair. WTF?!

Photos from ATLNightSpots show the R&B songbird confined to a wheelchair and wearing gigantic foot braces. According to reports, the singer underwent corrective foot surgery in response to hurtful online comments made about her feet. If that’s the case, then we wish her a speedy recovery and hope to see her dancing, again.

CiCi later went on Twitter to wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving. “Its all about doing whatever you can to make a difference! Tonight was a GREAT night! #LOVE. Happy Turkey Day to ALL!,” she tweeted.

Luda, Big Boi and Ciara weren’t the only ones giving back during the holiday weekend. Rapper T.I. handed out thousands of turkeys to the elderly and needy families in Atlanta on Thanksgiving Eve. Singer Akon was also in the ATL distributing 300 turkeys in partnership with the local Boys & Girls Club of America.

Monica spent her pre-birthday with 2 of her fave guys–her sons Rocko, Jr. and Romello.  She and her girl Tiny brought their kiddies to the Scream Tour stop in Atlanta last night. And Tiny’s man T.I. performed and debuted his own new rap protege, his son Domani, aka G-Money.

Monica and Tiny kicked it at the Fox Theater last night.

Monica looked like she was covering up her baby bump she has yet to confirm with her oversized sweater as she arrived.

And she also snapped pics with her fam and Jermaine Dupri (who brought his daughter and her friends along).  J.D.’s daughter is getting so tall!

Tiny’s fam seemed to take over the Scream Tour, which featured Mindless Behavior, Diggy Simmons, Omg Girlz, and Jacob Latimore.  Her 14-yar-old daughter Zonnique hit the stage with the OMG Girlz, while her and TIP’s oldest son Domani hit the stage as his new rap alter ego G-Money, and she also brought King along to watch.

Indeed a family affair for the Harris folks.

ATL native Ciara surprised the crowd appearing on stage with Mindless Behavior.

Diggy rocked the stage and drove the little girls crazy.  Kandi Burruss tweeted that she brought her daughter Riley and her friends to the concert since they made straight A’s.

Looks like Ciara & Serena Williams didn’t think they were camera ready this time around as they left dinner in Los Angeles last night.  Pics of the extra casual twosome trying to avoid the cameras inside….

Oh hey Serena.  The tennis pro and her bestie Ciara went out for a makeup free dinner.  And since they’re usually completely made up and over the cameras during their outings, they weren’t trying to be seen this time around:
