Uh-oh! It looks like Beyonce is being accused of plagiarism, again. After being accused of “lifting” dance routines from a Belgian choreographer in her ‘Countdown’ video, the pregnant R&B queen is now being criticized for copying a video idea from bad-girl rapper Khia.

When Bey-Bey released a sneak peek of her ‘Party’ video, which features her hanging out in the backyard by the pool, the Philadelphia-born rapstress cried foul and went to her twitter to air out her grievances. Apparently, she believes that Beyonce copied her concept for her 2002 clip for ‘My Neck, My Back’ for the ‘Party’ video.

“@beyonce thanks you for the love the tweets & roses!” she tweeted. “[Too] bad I don’t bulldag with prego women. Call super head jay knows all about her.” She later wrote in her timeline, “I’m @beyonce baby’s god mother, if it’s girl she naming her Khia! [But thank you] for taking my advice & and tips on how to make a real hood video! Xox.”

No offense to Khia, but we don’t see how her video is similar to Beyoncé’s clip. There are plenty of female (and male) artists who have shot videos by the poolside — it’s hardly a unique concept.

As for the chances that Beyoncé’s ‘Party’ (Remix) will be a chart-topping smash, Khia doesn’t think it will happen. “@Beyonce has been smoking rocks if she thinks her J. Cole remix flop ‘Party’ will be as big as ‘My Neck My Back,’” she says.

Vincent Herbert, husband to Tamar Braxton and producer and label head for Lady GaGa, collapsed while in New York City last Friday.  Following yesterday’s reports saying he was in serious condition and on a respirator, we’ve confirmed he’s now more stable.

While in NYC for music related meetings this past Friday, Vincent collapsed and was rushed to the hospital for treatment.  He was initially in the Intensive Care Unit.  Our production source for the "Braxton Family Values" show confirmed to wohoo.co.uk that while the situation was indeed serious at one point, Vince is more stable at this time, and even talking to friends and family who are currently with him at the hospital.

Our source confirms it was indeed a pulmonary embolism, a blood clot in the lungs that can easily be fatal.  Tennis star Serena Williams also suffered from this extremely serious condition following her foot surgery several months ago.

It has not been reported yet the exact cause of the embolism.

We’re told Tamar was extremely distraught by the whole situation, and hasn’t left her husband’s bedside in New York.  And we’ve also learned the We TV reality cameras were (and are still) rolling, since all 19 episodes of the upcoming season of "Braxton Family Values" (which kicks) off next week have not yet been taped.  So we will likely see this whole emergency play out on tv.

Tamar and Vince were slated to attend President Obama‘s $ 35,000 per plate fundraising dinner this past Monday at Will Smith‘s business partner and movie producer James Lassiter’s L.A. home.  But since Vince is still hospitalized in NY, they skipped out.

Tomorrow’s scheduled reality show press dinner in L.A. has been postponed. 

Toni Braxton also dropped her brother-in-law Vince as her manager recently, and is now being managed by The Chamber Group.

Now here’s a believable video vixen tale…straight from the horse’s mouth.  We’re usually no fans of birdish behavior like sleeping with a rapper then telling all for attention.  But we always welcome some goooooood details.

"I was in love.  He was in love. I’m talkin’ family dinners, we in Whole Foods pushing the cart around, it was a regular relationship.  But he started getting a little bit too loose.  He pops up in tabloids…with Malia.  Trips to Jamaica that I wasn’t invited too and never heard about.  I’m from South Philly you know we don’t go for that.  That was my DUDE, not somebody I was just kickin’ it with."

On if there were any threesomes

She said he wasn’t into that back then.  He was a super nice guy.

On if Drake is well endowed–Does he take after his Jewish side or black side

"He is a phenomenal peach eater.  And he’s black and Jewish–and the black side is a little Mandigoish."

Maniacal rapper Tyler, the Creator is known for his outrageous stage performances but his latest stunt takes the cake. During an Odd Future show in New York on Wednesday (Oct. 19), Tyler decided he wanted to meet his fans up close and personal.

In the video that was recently posted online, Tyler was performing the song ‘French’ when he jumped off a second floor balcony and landed safely on a sea of his die-hard fans. Fellow OFWGKTA producer Hodgy Beats followed behind him and leaped from the same balcony, as well. “That F—-ing 2nd Floor Jump Was Gnar,” Tyler proudly tweeted.

It’s not unusual for Tyler to pull stunts like this at his shows. However, the last time he wanted to crowd surf he broke his foot.

We are not being preachy here, but Tyler needs to be cautious with his daredevil stunts. You’ll never know if the crowd will let you down and allow you to fall straight to the ground — and that wouldn’t be odd, that would be “ouch.”

First Lady Michelle Obama has had a very busy week. Yesterday, she led hundreds of local school children in doing one minute of jumping jacks on the South Lawn in hopes of breaking a world record for most people doing jumping jacks in a 24-hour period.

The verdict is still out on whether that happened or not, but Mrs. Obama did take time to talk to Al Roker about her Let’s Move campaign and also to reveal that she makes secret shopping trips to local stores in the DC area. Yeah, we noticed.

With over 4,500 workout DVDs sold or donated, 10-year-old CJ Senter is taking the workout world by store and giving dudes like Usher and Trey Songz a run for their money in the body department. 

First……get a load of his 8-pack!

Although CJ isn’t officially a part of the FLOTUS’s Let’s Move campaign, he’s started his own movement with kids around the country and the word on the streets is that he’s the Justin Beiber of fitness.  He has fans and a huge following!

And he’s serious about weight-loss goals saying,

‘You can go outside and have fun, but some kids, they’ll just go outside for like 10 minutes and come back in. But if you just do a workout, your body will sweat more.

‘Sweating, it lets, you know, you’re losing weight. You’re really working.’

But not everyone is co-signing this.  Some parents are up in arms saying this is a bad example to teach kids to be such workout fanatics.  And some doctors say it’s unhealthy for a kid this young to be doing such strenuous activity.  Your thoughts?

For the second time in less than a year, Rihanna flew to Barbados to attend the funeral of a family friend.  See photos of Rihanna and her family inside…..

Rihanna took a break from her "LOUD" tour in the UK to fly back to Barbados on Saturday to attend the funeral of a family friend, whom some sources say was her best friend’s father. 

Although Rihanna’s camp has yet to disclose the nature of the funeral, other sources say the burial service was for 103-year-old Barbadian resident Germaine Louise Springer.

Rihanna’s mom, Monica Fenty, was also in attendance.

And after the services, Rihanna tweeted "Back to the UK!!! #takeoff." 

She’ll be performing at Manchester’s MEN Arena tonight.

Uh oh!  Fantasia Barrino may be out of a job soon as the producers of the upcoming Mahalia Jackson film–because they said her image as an unwed mother twice over isn’t right for the gospel film.

Deets inside…

As Fantasia was in North Carolina over the weekend celebrating her baby boy on the way, with her married baby’s daddy Antwaun Cook, producers of the upcoming biopic were busy considering someone else for her role (like Missy Elliot!).  Especially if they can’t figure out how to get Fanny to work with on tight schedule.

According to the NY Post, they have had to halt production due to her baby belly.  And the executive producer, Adrian Taylor said the Jackson family are not feeling Fanny:

“The family thinks if Fantasia plays the role, it’s going to sully the name of Mahalia.  They think she’s got the wrong image, having a child out of wedlock.”
 

Wow.  And the producers were pissy themselves since she never told them of her pregnancy:

Producers are also furious with Fantasia, 27, for not telling them about her unexpected pregnancy until she was four months in. “She [initially] claimed that she was putting on weight for the role,” an insider said.

Production of the movie has been pushed back because of Fantasia’s pregnancy with her married boyfriend, Antwaun Cook.

Barrino’s pregnancy has also caused chaos with scheduling conflicts because filming has been delayed until after her due date on Dec. 27. Director Euzhan Palcy may be forced to drop out of the project.

Producers are now scrambling to finish the movie by fall 2012. Barrino has been asked to start filming as soon as January and is in negotiations to alter her contract to allow time for breast-feeding and nurturing her child on set.

In the meantime, producers are working to find a replacement if Barrino doesn’t agree to start shooting after New Year’s. Missy Elliott has been suggested.

The representative for Mahalia Jackson’s estate, though, says she knows nothing about this objection:

Dino Gankendorff, who represents Mahalia Jackson’s estate, told us, “I’m not really aware of any objections that the heirs have to the casting of Fantasia. I understand that they were getting ready to film and that she is pregnant, and I don’t know who is she pregnant by.”
