Yesterday, Charlotte Bobcats owner and NBA legend Michael Jordan walked down the aisle, for the second time, to wed longtime girlfriend Yvette Prieto during a super private ceremony in West Palm Beach, FL.

The actual ceremony took place at the Bethesda-By-The-Sea Episcopal Church (the same place Donald Trump married Melania) with 2,000 invited guests.

Umbrellas were used to prevent cameras from snapping the arrival of the bride.

So how did the guests party AFTER the wedding?  Sources  say Usher was booked to perform at the reception which was held underneath a tent near Michael’s 38,000 sq.ft. home in the Bears Club area of Jupiter, Fla (a town in Palm Beach County).  Commenting about the setup, one source told Gossip Extra,

“Three tents are being put up in his backyard, over the surface of two football fields.  I calculated a total under-roof space of about 600 feet long by 150 feet wide. I’ve never seen anything like it. I’ve been working weddings for a while. It looks like he’s having about 2,000 people over.”

DRAMA: Injured LA Lakers Baller Jordan Hill SUED AGAIN By Ex-Girlfriend For ASSAULT!

Injured Lakers baller Jordan Hill has been cleared to suit up for the basketball court.  And he’ll also need to suit up for LA County court thanks to in a new (kinda) domestic abuse case.  Get the deets on both "courts" inside….

 

LA Laker fans…good news for you.  Power forward Jordan Hill (pictured above out to dinner in L.A. last week), who was sidelined due to hip surgery three months ago, has been cleared for practice.  According to ESPN, Dr. Thomas Byrd in Nashville, Tenn. gave him the clear to being to begin training.  A spokeman for the Lakers estimates it would take another 3-4 weeks of on-court basketball drills before Jordan will be back at the Staples Center for good. 

But in the meantime….

Jordan may need to put on a nice double-breasted suit when he’s called upon to face his ex-girlfriend Darlene Luna.

Earlier today, Darlene, who accused Jordan of felony assault in February 2012, linked up with high-powered attorney Gloria Allred (and we ALL know what that means) to file papers at the LA County Courthouse over their alleged domestic violence incident. 

Darlene alleged a year ago that Jordan left bruises on her legs and tried to choke her out.

According to TMZ, Jordan entered a plea of "no contest" in the criminal suit in exchange for a one-year deferred sentence and a $ 500 fine during the criminal trial a few months ago.  But that wasn’t good enough for Darlene.  So today, she filed a civil suit.

There’s no word yet on how much Darlene is seeking, but when folks hire Gloria….they usually ask for tons of zeros on those checks.

Michael Jordan and his legal team might have something up their legal sleeves for Pamela Smith, the woman who accused him of fathering her son. Find out more inside….

 

Remember when Pamela Smith stirred up headlines a few weeks ago with talk that Michael Jordan fathered her teenage son?  Though she did her best to gain media traction for the story, she suddenly asked the Fulton Country courts to dismiss the case, leading many to speculate that she had been paid off.

But now, new actions by Michael and his legal team seem to suggest that Mr. Jordan didn’t pay Pamela off!  In fact, TMZ reports that the NBA legend has filed new legal docs asking the court to keep the case open so he can file a counter-claim against Pamela to cover his court costs! OUCH. 

If Pamela didn’t know about the repercussions of filing frivilous lawsuits…she’s gon learn today (in the voice of Kevin Hart).

Nicki Minaj filmed her "High School" video while parlaying in L.A.  And she’s flaunting that sex appeal she’s come to love about herself lately.  For the upbeat track off her latest album Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded – The Re-Up, Lil Wayne is featured and he also shows up for the video.  Everything was shot before he was hospitalized for seizures.

Micheal Jordan Paternity Case Heats Up — Alleged Baby’s Mama CHALLENGES Jordan’s Request For Dismissal

And the drama continues with the woman claiming her teenaged son’s father is Michael Jordan.  Pamela Smith, the mother of Michael Jordan’s alleged 16 year old son and Micheal (or his reps) just showed up at court today to pursue the paternity case.

 

Deets inside…

 

Both Pamela and Michael/his reps were due at the Fulton County Courthouse in Atlanta at 2p ET today to pursue the paternity case Pamela has brought in regards to her 16-year-old son.

Pamela has retained famed family attorney, Randy Kessler, whose name is synonymous with several high profile cases of divorce, paternity, custody, and domestic disputes.  And despite Michael seeking to dismiss all charges last week, and accusing Pamela of lying, Kessler is confident that today’s proceedings will not result in the dismissal that Jordan is seeking.

Kessler tells us that Jordan simply needs to take the paternity test to resolve the dispute.  And he said in a statement on Monday:

“We are honored to have been asked to represent Ms. Smith who has been unable to resolve this matter herself. The vicious statements made in Mr. Jordan’s legal documents will be responded to in her own forthcoming pleadings, but at this time Ms. Smith wants to be clear. Her former husband Mr. Reynolds has not been involved in her child’s life since the divorce in 2005, has never paid support for the child and has shown no interest in the child.

And Pam’s lawyer also struck back at Jordan’s team for accusing her of keeping the child from her ex-husband:

"The claims by Respondent’s counsel that ‘It is troubling that Smith now inflicts measurable harm upon her son while seeking to deprive her son’s father Reynolds, of the rights and privileges of joint legal custody’ are completely unfounded and meant only to disparage her. Our client feels that Mr. Jordan had numerous opportunities to resolve this matter by having a simple conversation with her. If he claims he is not the father, a simple $ 300 saliva test could likely resolve the issue instead of further court or public involvement.”

Hopefully Maury shows up today too….

Basketball legend Michael Jordan has been splashed across gossip pages in the past week after the 16-year-old son of Pamela Y. Smith (shown above) posted a YouTube video claiming to be his son and then she filed legal paperwork demanding Michael to claim paternity.

Back in February, Pamela Y. Smith, 48, filed suit in Fulton County Superior Court requesting that MJ take a paternity test, pay child support and share medical, dental and hospital costs that are not covered by insurance.

So why did Pam do this now? Apparently, Pamela’s son wants to forge a relatiosnip with his father and for now…they think the legal system is the best route. In a statement released earlier, Pamela’s publicist said, "Pamela had no choice but to support her son and his desire to forge a relationship with his father. That’s why she is now speaking out and prompting Michael to do the right thing."

Not so fast…..said MJ’s lawyers today. Michael and his legal team recently filed documents seeking to dismiss Pamela’s case, claming paternity of her son has already been established.  And MJ is NOT the father.  His legal team told the Associated Press,

"Public records show that the paternity of the child was established in a prior case in this same court many years ago and that Michael Jordan is not the father. He also filed a counterclaim seeking sanctions for the false claims made against him. It is unfortunate that well-known figures are the target of these kind of claims. Michael Jordan will vigorously defend himself and his reputation."

And Michael’s team says Pamela’s suit is a "shameless, bad faith attempt to abuse the legal system."  For now, we guess a judge will decide as MJ and Pamela are set to meet in court for Tuesday, March 12.

We reached out the Pamela’s publicist for a comment….and we’re still waiting.

WINNERS’ CIRCLE: Team USA Track Relays & Wrestler Jordan Burroughs Cop Medals & Shatter Records!

More medals for Team USA’s YBF Olympians!  Check out the ladies and gents who joined the winners’ circle on Day 14 in London….

Not only did the USA ladies of the 4×100 track relays win Gold today, they broke the Olympic record!  They broke a long standing World Record held by Germany, finishing the race in an amazing 40.82 seconds.  (L-r top pic) Allyson Felix, Carmelita Jeter, Bianca Knight and Tianna Madison-also won the first Women’s 4×100 medal for USA in 27 years. 

Allyson Felix, who has already won an individual Gold this Olympics, said after the race:

“It was an absolutely unbelievable feeling. For so long . . . the records have been so out of reach. To look up and see we had a world record, it was just crazy.”

Congrats to the track stars!

The guys held it down too by winning the Silver today in the 4×400 race.  The 4×100 Men’s USA team qualified for tomorrow’s final as well.  A little inspiration: Bryshon Nellum, who ran in this race, was chosen to be the flag bearer for the USA delegation at Sunday’s closing ceremonies after being voted to do so by the TEAM USA athletes.  He was shot in BOTH legs just 4 years ago, and is back competing at the top of the game. 

"I’m humbled by this incredible privilege," Nellum said in a statement. "Four years ago, I wasn’t sure I would ever run again, and now I’m leading Team USA into the closing ceremony of the Olympic Games.

 

He’s got America’s only Gold medal in wrestling, and his body is pretty ridic too.  The 24-year-old from Camden, NJ promise dhis Twiter followers he would be Tweeting a pic of his Gold medal before the final match even happened.  And he did.  And seeing that his Twitter handle is @AllISeeIsGold, he def has a lil confidence.

"Not a lot of people knew who I was coming into the Games, but hopefully that will change after this," he said. "I want to be among the athletes that I’ve read about and followed on Twitter, who had no idea who I was. Now maybe they’ll see me."

By the way, he only started wrestling his senior year of high school and had one of the worst records on his college team at Nebraska.  After deciding he wanted to be more than just "another guy on the team," he worked his ass off the next 5 years….till winning his Gold medal today in the Freestyle. Congrats!
