Yesterday, Charlotte Bobcats owner and NBA legend Michael Jordan walked down the aisle, for the second time, to wed longtime girlfriend Yvette Prieto during a super private ceremony in West Palm Beach, FL.

The actual ceremony took place at the Bethesda-By-The-Sea Episcopal Church (the same place Donald Trump married Melania) with 2,000 invited guests.

Umbrellas were used to prevent cameras from snapping the arrival of the bride.

So how did the guests party AFTER the wedding?  Sources  say Usher was booked to perform at the reception which was held underneath a tent near Michael’s 38,000 sq.ft. home in the Bears Club area of Jupiter, Fla (a town in Palm Beach County).  Commenting about the setup, one source told Gossip Extra,

“Three tents are being put up in his backyard, over the surface of two football fields.  I calculated a total under-roof space of about 600 feet long by 150 feet wide. I’ve never seen anything like it. I’ve been working weddings for a while. It looks like he’s having about 2,000 people over.”

Last night, Halle Berry stepped out on the red carpet carpet for the first time since revealing her pregnancy.  See pics of her with Michael Kors and get the deets on her new "Watch Hunger Stop" campaign inside…

Halle Berry showed off her emerging baby bump last night as she posed in The Pool Room at the Four Seasons hotel for the United Nations World Food Programme.  Joined by Michael Kors, she launched the "Watch Hunger Stop" philanthropic effort which will provide 100 meals to children through UN programs, funded by the sale of Michael’s specially-designed "Runway" watch.  

Knowing that the effort could take her and Michael through Africa, Syria and Central America (where the meals will be distributed) Halle said, "I hope we go while I’m pregnant, so I can talk about prenatal care."

She added, "It’s so important to me, being a mom, that I can help educate women on how important it is that when you have a healthy child, it helps set them up for life."

During a joint interview with Michael to promote the "WHS" effort, Halle gushed about her pregnancy saying,  

"I feel fantastic. This has been the biggest surprise of my life to tell you the truth. I thought I was kind of past the point where this could be a reality for me. So it’s been a big surprise and the most wonderful."

Sweet!

IT’S NOT OVER: Michael Jordan MIGHT File COUNTER-CLAIM Over ALLEGED Paternity SUIT!

Michael Jordan and his legal team might have something up their legal sleeves for Pamela Smith, the woman who accused him of fathering her son. Find out more inside….

 

Remember when Pamela Smith stirred up headlines a few weeks ago with talk that Michael Jordan fathered her teenage son?  Though she did her best to gain media traction for the story, she suddenly asked the Fulton Country courts to dismiss the case, leading many to speculate that she had been paid off.

But now, new actions by Michael and his legal team seem to suggest that Mr. Jordan didn’t pay Pamela off!  In fact, TMZ reports that the NBA legend has filed new legal docs asking the court to keep the case open so he can file a counter-claim against Pamela to cover his court costs! OUCH. 

If Pamela didn’t know about the repercussions of filing frivilous lawsuits…she’s gon learn today (in the voice of Kevin Hart).

Porsha Stewart Retains Same Lawyer As Michael Jordan’s Alleged Baby’s Mama + Kandi & Kenya SPEAK OUT In Support

After getting blindsided with divorce papers from her husband Kordell Stewart, "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Porsha nabbed an interesting choice of an attorney to represent her in the divorce settlement.  Plus, the reality chick’s co-stars are speaking out in support…

 

Deets inside…

Porsha Stewart has retained Randall Kessler as her divorce attorney.  If you recall, Kessler also represented Pamela Smith–the woman who alleged Michael Jordan was the father of her 16-year-old son.

Pamela oddly dropped her case earlier this month, out of the blue, right after Michael’s request to dismiss the case was rejected.  So it led folks to believe she and her legal team received an offer they couldn’t refuse.

So now that Porsha has retained the same legal representation, this divorce may not be as clean cut as Kordell wants it to be.  

In his divorce petition, Kordell said that he did not want to offer spousal support, and also hinted that a pre-nup was in place because there would be no division of assets.  And Porsha’s attorney said today about the case:

“Typically there is a lot that happens but I can tell you that there will be a status conference where the parties get together and talk and the court helps direct them to work towards a resolution…I know Mr. Stewart’s attorney very well and I have worked with him in the past and we will work with him in this case to the extent that his client allows.”

If Porsha ends up challenging his petition for spousal support, things will get interesting.  Kessler commented about Porsha possibly having the upper hand due to Kordell’s words and actions being documented on tv:

“The short answer is that evidence is evidence. If you’re on a security camera and we get it, or if you’re on reality television and that’s taped, that’s evidence as well.”

Meanwhile, Porsha’s "RHOA" rival Kenya Moore spoke nothing but supportive words about the split (after saying she saw red flags before the split), and revealed she hopes they work it out.  She told TMZ:

"It seems they just need to maybe iron some things out in their relationship. Maybe they could still make it work."
 

And co-star Kandi Burruss told CoCoa Fab today:

“I was very sad.  I reached out to her. I didn’t talk to her, but we spoke on text. I was really just hurting for her. I hate the whole thing that when people get on reality TV sometimes that can breakdown a relationship. I hate that for her. She really, really, really wanted her marriage to work.”

Judge DENIES Michael Jordan’s Request For Paternity Case Dismissal!

Michael Jordan just lost his request to dismiss the paternity case involving a 16-year-old possible son.  Deets inside…

Yesterday, Michael Jordan’s legal team headed to court to faceoff against Pamela Smith over a paternity claim.  And it wasn’t the outcome MJ wanted.  The request for dismissal that Michael and his lawyer, John Mayoue, filed a few weeks ago was dismissed, Pamela’s rep confirms to TheYBF.com.

Pamela claims her 16-year-old son is actually Michael’s son.  And she’s been going hard in the court system to prove it.

Now that Michael’s request to dismiss her claim has been rejected in Fulton County Court, another court date will happen soon to determine if or when the basketball icon will need to take a paternity test.

Meanwhile, Michael and his fiance Yvette have recently filed for their marriage license in Florida.  They don’t seem to be letting this case interfere with their approaching wedding.

Basketball legend Michael Jordan has been splashed across gossip pages in the past week after the 16-year-old son of Pamela Y. Smith (shown above) posted a YouTube video claiming to be his son and then she filed legal paperwork demanding Michael to claim paternity.

Back in February, Pamela Y. Smith, 48, filed suit in Fulton County Superior Court requesting that MJ take a paternity test, pay child support and share medical, dental and hospital costs that are not covered by insurance.

So why did Pam do this now? Apparently, Pamela’s son wants to forge a relatiosnip with his father and for now…they think the legal system is the best route. In a statement released earlier, Pamela’s publicist said, "Pamela had no choice but to support her son and his desire to forge a relationship with his father. That’s why she is now speaking out and prompting Michael to do the right thing."

Not so fast…..said MJ’s lawyers today. Michael and his legal team recently filed documents seeking to dismiss Pamela’s case, claming paternity of her son has already been established.  And MJ is NOT the father.  His legal team told the Associated Press,

"Public records show that the paternity of the child was established in a prior case in this same court many years ago and that Michael Jordan is not the father. He also filed a counterclaim seeking sanctions for the false claims made against him. It is unfortunate that well-known figures are the target of these kind of claims. Michael Jordan will vigorously defend himself and his reputation."

And Michael’s team says Pamela’s suit is a "shameless, bad faith attempt to abuse the legal system."  For now, we guess a judge will decide as MJ and Pamela are set to meet in court for Tuesday, March 12.

We reached out the Pamela’s publicist for a comment….and we’re still waiting.

Earlier this morning, "American Idol" judge Mariah Carey was spotted posing with a fan as she left her apartment building (wearing a red leopard print coat) to go appear on "Live With Kelly & Michael." 

While chatting with the hosts,  she was asked about life with her adorable kids and if they are more like her or Nick.  She said, “It’s tough ’cause they change as the grow up. But…“[Monroe] tries to put my shoes on. She always chooses the most sparkly ones.”  And “Moroccan always watches movies with me” (while sitting on Nick’s side of the bed).  

She added that Roe is really into the "beauty and glamour" aspects of being the daughter of Mariah Carey and she loves coming into her hair and makeup room (yes..she has a hair/makeup salon at home).  Meanwhile,  Roc is not interested in that room and prefers to watch Shrek 2 with Mommy. She also reminded Kelly that she’s taken has 500 hours of beauty school and offered to do her hair one day.  Love it.

Mimi also said that she and Nick are planning a Disney-themed event for the renewal of their vows this year, after last year’s Paris renewals.  And she added that they plan to make the event more about Roc and Roe since their birthday is the same day as their wedding anniversary (and this year makes 5 years!).

She also talked about "American Idol" and what she looks for in a contestant.

Kelly Rowland hopped on a an unexpected track with Michael Bolton.  Check it inside, plus Wale‘s new video and the new trailer of Kerry Washington‘s new movie The Peeples….

 

Kelly Rowland was tapped by legendary singer Michael Bolton to be the second half of his duet for the remake of "Aint No Mountain High Enough."  The original 1960′s iconic track, originally recorded by Marvin Gaye and Tammi Terrell, was remade for Michael’s Motown tribute album Ain’t No Mountain High Enough: Tribute Hitsville.

In other music news, Wale dropped the video for his hit song "No Days Off."  It may be over a year late as the album the song appears on, Ambition, dropped back in 2011, but it seems like the D.C. rapper wanted to put his tour footage to music.

Beyonce traveled back to her home state of Texas to party it up at the 2013 All-Star weekend with her husband Jay-Z.  And they hit up Michael Jordan‘s big 50th Birthday Bash last night alongside Carmelo & LaLa Anthony, Drake, Kobe & Vanessa Bryant, Nas, Ludacris & Eudoxie, LeBron, Teyana Taylor and plenty of ballers.

Drizzy loves the fans.  He was spotted hitting up MJ’s 50th’s birthday bash at the Houston Museum of Fine Arts last night.  Word has it MJ rented out the gorgeous space for a $ 100,000 donation–which is pocket change for the man who makes $ 80 mill a year dropping his Air Jordan shoes and endorsements.  And it was a packed out party to celebrate the man who is the prototype for a top NBA baller.
