The Rolling Stones know a little something about selling records, so it only makes sense Maroon 5′s album featuring the song, ‘Moves Like Jagger,’ has been certified platinum! Lea Michele, Harry Shum and Chris Colfer were sending well wishes to ‘Glee,’ castmate, Darren Criss, as he makes his Broadway debut tonight in the musical ‘How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying.’ Both Ludacris and Hanson were teasing some huge news for the new year. 2012 is shaping up to be a great year! Sara Bareilles was jumping for joy over a small discovery and Fabolous tweeted he is making moves abroad and on the homefront! See what your favorite stars were chirping about today!

Nicki Minaj Reaches Double Platinum Status with ‘Pink Friday’

Arguably, 2011 was the Year of the Barbz. Nicki Minaj ruled the charts and the airwaves with her debut LP ‘Pink Friday.’ The rap vixen’s hard work has certainly paid off as her album hit double-platinum (2 million shipped) before the close out of 2011. Minaj announced on her Twitter of her recent achievement, stating, “World Wide sales: @NickiMinaj, Pink Friday 2.2million.”
Minaj won’t be resting on her rap laurels in 2012. Up next is her highly-anticipated sophomore effort titled ‘Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded,’ which hits stores on Valentine’s Day. However, there’s nothing loving about Minaj’s evil alter ego Roman Zolanski. Judging by the song ‘Stupid Hoe,’ the haters are going to feel the wrath of the Big Zo.
The Young Money queen recently shot videos for both ‘Roman in Moscow’ and ‘Stupid Hoe,’ which is expected to hit the Internet in a couple of weeks. Minaj plans on twerking and eating fried chicken in her ‘Hoe’ video. “Barbz, shld i twerk in the stupid hoe vid???” she asked her tweeples. “But i 4got my twerkin moves … dang.”

MUSIC FAB: “Watch The Throne” Goes Platinum + Bow Wow Added To Chris Brown’s F.A.M.E. Tour
It took them a month, but The Throne’s disc Watch The Throne has been certified platinum by the RIAA. Get the deets inside and find out which one of Chris Brown’s besties will be going on tour with him next month.
The days are long gone when Jay-Z or Kanye West could drop a disc and go platinum in a week. However, it’s better to reach platinum over time….than to never see it at all.
Although it took them a month, Jay-Z and Kanye’s Watch The Throne collab has been certified platinum by the RIAA. And I’m sure the sales will increase once the tour starts rolling through various US cities. Could double or triple platinum be in their future?

Bow Wow has been added to Chris Brown’s F.A.M.E. tour and will hit the road with the "Kiss Kiss" singer next month on October 7 in Tampa, FL.
When asked about the tour Bow Wow said,
“It’s gon’ be fun. Me and Breezy are brothers, man. Our fans know that. It’s just a different energy when we are on the same bill together or in the same arena. The fans know what to expect, and that’s a hell of a show.”
Bow Wow is set to release his 8th album, Underrated, on December 6, which will be followed by a tour in Japan later this year. Hmm….wonder if he has any song’s about his "ex" Angela Simmons on there?
