In the full version of the track she used for her newest Pepsi commercial, Beyonce’s singing about putting it down like a "Grown Woman." The beat was produced by Timbaland and co-written by The Dream, so it’s the familiar Independent woman ish-talking to an uptempo beat we’ve come to expect from Bey. Feast your ears on the dance-heavy track, complete with a Latin featurette below.

Ray-J went and released the full version of his bragtastic foolery called "I Hit It First."  Check out the track that fires shots at his ex Kim Kardashian and Kanye West inside…

Ray-J loves taking attempts at relevancy.  And his attempt shot is a song called "I Hit It First" where he tells his ex’s new smash buddies that he had her first.  Apparently, he thinks his ex was something to brag about banging.   It’s like a D measuring contest set to music.

The hook?  Ray singing "I hit it, I hit it, I hit, I hit it first."   

He also takes a shot at his ex Kim K.s baby daddy Kanye West saying:

She might move on to rappers and ballplayers
But we all know I hit it first.

I had her head going North and her ass going South
But now baby chose to go West

No matter where she goes or who she knows
She still belongs in my bed.

A song about a thirsty chick smashing a celeb, then climbing the thirst ladder to pro athletes and rappers could apply to a wide array of folks.  But thanks to Ray using a blurred out pic of Kim as the single cover, in addition to the above shots fired, it’s clear Kimmy was his muse for the song.

Looks like Brandy‘s brother is up to his old tricks again.  He revealed that he’s releasing a new song called "I Hit It First."  It hits iTunes April 9th.  And yes, it’s his ode to Kanye West about who smashed his baby moms first and made her famous.

Ray dropped the single’s cover art Friday, which is a pic of Kim K. on a beach back in 2008, all blurred out.  And after folks called Ray lame for pulling a thirty move…especially because we ALL know Ray-J wasn’t really her first, he tweeted this:

"Lol have some fun! It’s not that serious!! #LIVE!!"

Now, a few lyrics have leaked via TMZ.  And Ray apparently felt the need to act like it’s a privilege to have smashed Kim K. on camera, making her famous:

Cassie’s still trying y’all.  The model babe dropped the trailer for her upcoming video for "Paradise" ft. Wiz Khalifa.  Lots of her celeb friends make cameos for the fun L.A. vid showing a side of Cassie where she’s simply chilliln’ with her crew.

Director/actor Larenz Tate posted Instagram pics from his latest project, Melanie Fiona’s video for "Wrong Side of a Long Song" recently.  Larenz and Melanie posed with actor Omari Hardwick (atop) on the set as Omaris been cast as the leading man. 

Larenz is putting on his director’s hat again to give the song, which appears on Mel’s latest The MF Life album, a hot visual treatment.

After she wraps the video, Melanie is set to team up with Swizz Beats and Music Unites (January 17) as a part of Music-Versity 2012, where they will use their musical gifts to empower 200 youth. 

After that, she’ll hit the 15th Annual Sundance ASCAP Music Café, for the 2013 Sundance Film Festival in Park City, Utah next week.

Here we go again.  Another non-singing "Housewife" is following the Bravo reality show playbook and releasing a song.  Kenya Moore is the latest to partake in the "business move" of trying to become a singer.  And we’ve got her brand new song "Gone With The Wind Fabulous" inside…

It’s clear Kenya Moore went on "Real Housewives of Atlanta" with a mission to to turn nothing into something.  Seeing that she’s not married, apparently doesn’t even have a boyfriend, and only moved to ATL for this show…seems like she was simply creating a fake life to be on the show.

Now it’s clear why NeNe Leakes said on the "Wendy Show" that Kenya’s threatening the "authenticity" of the brand.

But we digress.  Kenya has now hopped on the Bravo Housewife Singer train and is releasing a track.  It’s called "Gone WIth The Wind Fabulous."  Of course.

When one of her followers Tweeted her if this was real, she responded, "yes hunty and a ringtone #twirl!"

If yu needed some motivation to work on your fitness in 2013, "Yes" singer Q Parker’s got a workout plan.  Well, a workout inspired calendar.

The shots were done by respected photographer, Allen Cooley, at various locations in and around Atlanta.  A portion of the proceeds from the 2013 calendar will be donated to support breast cancer and prostate cancer research.

And since Q has supports wellness amongst women, he was compelled to write a song, along with Crystal Nicole, for his campaign of the same name — "I’ll Wear Pink For You". 

During Breast Cancer Awareness Month, this initiative encourages men to wear an item in a hue of pink to symbolize support for women who have battled breast cancer, as well as to encourage women of all ages to do self-exams and get mammograms if they are in the medically recommended age-range.  A sexy do-gooder?  Yes please!

Reality tv star and rapper Lil’ Scrappy has revealed that he lives with Bipolar Disorder on a new track called…you guessed it… "BiPolar." Listen to it inside. sand the medical sign-off, and get the deets on his relationships with Erika and Shay.

On a new track with R&B singer Chinkie Brown, rapper Lil’ Scrappy talks about his alleged bipolar disorder and how it affects his relationships. He states that,

“Sometimes I feel like I am Bipolar in relationships because I wear my heart on my sleeve. My past relationships had me thinking…one minute I want to be with a girl and the next minute I don’t want to bothered by her.”  

Not sure if he was actually diagnosed or if he’s using the term in a frivoulous way.  You never know with Scrappy.

The video for the single will be directed by Lisa Cunningham and Chinkie explains, “It came together like an epiphany. I felt like a lot of people are diagnosed by their spouses… and it made sense to write it out and put it to music.”

It seems like Lil’ Scrappy and Erika have broken up for good (until their recent engagement that is) so he moved on to Shay last night. He tells Shay he loves her but she really doesn’t seem convinced since she says he hurt her by disappearing for a week and still talking to Erika.  Oh the tangled web….
