PICS & VIDEO: INSIDE Reginae Carter’s 13th Birthday Cinderella Bash With Lil Wayne, Toya, & More

It was a birthday fit for a princess, especially since that’s what Toya calls her daughter ReginaeLil Wayne‘s oldest daughter had her big Cinderella birthday party last night in Atlanta at the private Callanwolde Mansion to celebrate turning 13.

We’ve got exclusive pics of Reginae, her dad Weezy, her stepdad Memphitz, Tiny, T.I., their kids, and more all partying it up inside.  Plus exclusive video of the horse & carriage arrival and more….

Reginae donned a very girly purple and pink corseted sparkling ball gown for her big occasion that welcomed her into the teenaged world (which she officially enters on the 11/29).  She tweeted about the bash, "Had soo much fun at my party!!"  And we could tell.

TheYBF.com was on the scene of the princess’ fete as she got plenty of love from her fam and friends:

Her father Dwyane "Lil Wayne" Carter was on daddy duty as her escort and donned his remixed tux and Phantom of the Opera style mask for the formal occasion.  Her stepdad Memphitz and mom Toya also made it a black tie affair.

Toya gushed about it afterwards saying, "Had fun at @reginae_carter1 bday party!! It was niiiicccceeeee! That candy room is the devil!!! Ahahahha."

Awww.  Reginae seemed a bit down a few days ago tweeting that it seemed none of her fam was coming to her party as some weren’t able to make it.  But she was uber happy to see her daddy.

Ha.

Toya looked gorgeous as usual and got escorted by her brother Dwyane III who was dressed as a knight.

Flawless hair and makeup as usual.

Reginae is becoming more and more Toya’s exact mini-me replica…

Wayne brought his girlfriend along (next to him) to the party.  Interesting.

And Reginae got to dance with her daddy.

Tiny and T.I. brought all their kids including TIP’s new protege up-and-coming rapper Domani (in red):

Cute!  The OMG Girlz were there too.

"RHOA" star Kim Zolciak was there with her daughters Brielle and Ariana.

And the kids snapped some pics with Weezy.

Phaedra made her "Housewife" presence known as well with her son Ayden and hubby Apollo.

Memphitz had his daughter Mikkya there for the party too.

Baby brought his daughter Bria to the party.  She just celebrated her big 13th bash earlier this year.

Reginae’s horse and carriage arrival–with the little Knight.

And partygoers were welcomed by a life-sized cut-out of Reginae.

As for the party atmosphere:

Cute and everything a little girl would want.  Fab.

Lil Wayne Launches Young Money Prepaid Discover Card

It looks like Lil Wayne is getting in the credit card business. The Young Money CEO has teamed up with ACCENT InterMedia to establish the Young Money Prepaid Discover card. The plastic is designed for people who are seeking out alternative ways of banking and requires no credit check.

The card was developed by Horace Madison, founder of Madison Strategic Integration and business manager for Lil Wayne and Young Money, along with credit specialist Buddy Smith. “We’re excited about giving people who may not have access to traditional banking accounts the convenience of plastic,” Madison said in a statement. “Wayne wants to keep it simple and sleek, but load it with benefits that are meaningful to Young Money cardholders.”

The Young Money prepaid card boasts six fee types, including a $ 6.95 card purchase fee (with $ 3.95 monthly maintenance fee thereafter), as well as ATM withdrawal fees, lost/stolen card fee, statement fee and a reload fee.

Whew, that’s a lot of fees! While we are all Young Money fans here, we have to stress that fandom and finance don’t mix. So educate yourself before you purchase this card or any other celebrity prepaid card — and make sure you read the fine print.

If you are interested in the Young Money Prepaid Card program, then go to youngmoneycards.com. A portion of the proceeds from every card sold will benefit Lil Wayne’s non-profit organization One Family Foundation and other charities.

Lil Wayne Evicts Stalkers Off His Miami Property

The life of a famous rapper isn’t easy, just ask Lil Wayne. Apparently, while the Young Money leader was trying to relax at his Miami crib, two male fans tried to invade his personal space. Luckily for us, their interaction with an irate Weezy was captured on video.

According to RapFix, the two wannabe stalkers drove through Lil Wayne’s posh neighborhood after spotting a beautiful female guest rolling up into his driveway. After waiting for a few minutes, the guys decided to drive up to Weezy’s crib to possibly get a photograph with him.

When one of the dudes spotted Wayne he yells, “Weezy … Can we get a quick picture bro?”
Wayne’s response: “Yo, do me a favor, get the f— out this neighborhood, or get your head knocked the f— off, do that. Get the f— out this neighborhood homie.”

The two fans obliged Wayne’s request and departed from his property. We are not even mad at Weezy for threatening the two stalkers with bodily harm. In the end, it’s safe to say, that when Lil Wayne is chillin’ at his crib, leave him alone.

Lil Wayne to Perform at MTV2 Sucker Free Awards

There is no shortage of awards shows this late in the year! Last weekend’s EMAs had major hype behind them, as do the upcoming CMAs, which celebrate all things country music. Now, the Sucker Free Awards are gaining steam and earning “must watch status,” as Lil Wayne is set to headline MTV2?s first-ever edition of this new awards show! The Sucker Free Awards — or the SFAs — are slated to take place on Dec. 4 in Miami.

The Boombox reports that Weezy is set to perform ‘Y.U.Mad’ with Birdman. With Weezy on the bill and taking the stage, the Sucker Free Awards are pretty much guaranteed not to, well, suck.

MTV’s Sway Calloway, the network’s hip-hop expert, will host this new event, with DJ Khaled on site as the guest commentator who will offer play-by-play updates throughout the night and based on the categories. A play-by-play analyst? That ought to make the SFAs even more fun! These festivities are shaping up nicely, don’t you think?

The Sucker Free Awards are hip-hop oriented and modern, with categories ranging from ‘Must Follow Artist in Social Media’ to ‘Rookie of the Year’ to ‘Best Crew 2011.’ Many of hip-hops brightest are being celebrated on this night!

Tune in on Dec. 4 to see who walks away with Sucker Free statues.

Shanell, ‘So Good’ Feat. Lil Wayne and Drake – Song Review

R&B songbird Shanell (aka Snl) has been crowned the First Lady of Young Money way before Nicki Minaj joined the illustrious label. She’s been laying low behind the scenes in A&R development, penning songs for Lil Wayne and other artists as she waits her turn to shine as a soloist.

Well, that time has come and for her introductory single, ‘So Good,’ she grabs YM cohorts Wayne and Drake to recite a few verses. Produced by the hit-making team of Cool & Dre, the bouncy song boasts stirring violins and an 808 thump that perfect for car cruising in Miami or California.

On the song, Shanell pines for her boo who seems to be mysteriously absent. “And when ya gone too long / I’m waiting with your T-shirt on / Playing love songs,” she sings. “You make me feel good / You tell me love is crazy / I guess that we are too / There ain’t a thing I won’t do to prove that I’ll be here for you.”

Much of Weezy lyrics are reflective of the money boasting he’s known. He raps, “Tune go hard, y’all softer than my car top / Hank Gathers, I’ma ball ’til my heart stops.” Meanwhile, Drizzy is up for a little girl chasing at the start of his day. “You know I wake up like a king, get up, stunt / Take advantage of the day, this s–t won’t happen more than once / Know I’m ready for whatever, ready for the action / I’m still focused on my s–t, but girl I’m up for a distraction,” he spits.

After dominating the rap game, it’s good to see Young Money move into the R&B world with Shanell as their flagship artist. The singer-songwriter has a soulful voice and we can’t wait to see what she can bring on her own without the assistance of Wayne and Drake. For now, this is a cool track to rock to in the name of love.

Robin Thicke, ‘Pretty Lil’ Heart’ feat. Lil Wayne – Song Review

Robin Thicke reunites with his good friend Lil Wayne in the tender ballad ‘Pretty Lil’ Heart,’ from his upcoming new LP ‘Love After War.’ The song features the softer sides of Weezy and Thicke as they comfort their lovers with soothing lyrics.

Tunechi is soft-spoken and sincere with his opening verse on the soulful tune. He raps, “You commit, I commit / She say she love me, I’m convinced / Don’t need a rocket scientist to see that you and I are meant.”

Thicke follows with lyrics asking his lover to reassure him that her devotion for him is true. “Tell me that I’m sexy / Like I was before / Tell me I got it / That you want it even more / Tell me that you’ll never, ever / Ever leave me side, side / Tell me cause you know / I need to hear it every night,” he sings.

‘Pretty Lil’ Heart’ is a great song and it’s good to hear Thicke return to his soulful territory. We don’t know if radio will embrace the single, but it’s perfect for those romantic nights when you want to cozy up to your mate. If you like the song, it will be available via iTunes on Nov. 8. Thicke’s full-length studio album hits stores on Dec. 6.

Rihanna’s “Talk That Talk” Promo Pics + Robin Thicke RELEASES “Pretty Lil’ Heart” Ft. Lil’ Wayne & Album Artwork

Earlier today, Rihanna dropped a few promo pics from her sixth album Talk That Talk, due November 21.  See the pics inside and also listen to Robin Thicke’s latest song "Pretty Lil’ Heart" featuring Lil’ Wayne

With her 11th #1 song "We Found Love" ruling the charts, Rihanna teased fans today by releasing a few promo pics from the upcoming Talk That Talk disc.

In one pic, she rocks a red and black outfit that matches the "decor" of an apartment building hallway, while another has her "pimped" out in black and white holding the brim of her hat.   I don’t see a theme…..but cute pics!

And here’s behind the scenes footage where Rihanna explains why she chose her Talk That Talk album.

Also in music……

Robin Thicke and Lil’ Wayne are creating more musical magic together (after one of my fave tracks "Shooter" and also "Tie My Hands") for Rob’s Love After War disc, due December 6.

The duo have linked up for “Pretty Lil’ Heart,” where Robin assures his lover (and yes we know all these songs are about wifey Paula Patton!) that he is completely into her….and she shouldn’t worry her pretty little heart about him leaving.

Listen to the track here:

Two Kids Dress Up as Lil Wayne and Nicki Minaj for Halloween

Twitter

Most kids when they dress up for Halloween they usually don costumes of their favorite superhero or cartoon character. Apparently, for these two little tykes, they wanted to be their favorite rappers — Lil Wayne and Nicki Minaj. The duo’s Halloween picture went viral on the Internet, which elicited mixed reactions from people on social-networking outlets like Twitter and Facebook.

In the picture, the little boy is dressed like Lil Wayne complete with the leopard jeggings, red Converse sneakers, shades, fake dreads and tattoos that were scrawl on his body. His sibling (or friend?) is dressed like Minaj with a multi-colored wig, Barbie chain, boots and a doll hanging off her pants.

Now before you guys call child services on their parents, we are not sure if these two unidentified young’uns are real legit fans since their music is really not cater to them. But if an 8-year-old singing princess can perform ‘Super Bass,’ then these guys should be allowed to dressed like Weezy F. Baby and the Harajuku Barbie. Right?

Reaction has been mixed over the photo with AllHipHop.com calling it an “Epic Fail,” while Rap-Up thinks it’s cute. The two children weren’t the only ones who dressed up like Wayne and Minaj, so did the grown-ups. Actress Holly Robinson Peete donned baggy jeans and long dreads to look like Weezy while ‘Good Morning America’ anchor Robin Roberts also got dolled up like Minaj for Halloween.

The real Nicki Minaj seems to take all of this costume fun in stride. “Happy Halloween Everyone!!! S/O to all the nicki minaj costumes!!! Own it!!! xoxo,” she tweeted.

So tell us what you think? Do the two kids look adorable as Lil Wayne and Nicki Minaj? Leave your comments below.
